TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CHEYIZ LIMITED (869 High Road, London N12 8QA Company Registration Number: 10237744) and our users. By using or accessing or visiting www.CHEYIZ.co.uk, you agree and/or affirm to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you object to anything in these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, do not use our Website or Services.


Items on our website for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.


REFUND POLICY:
If you're not happy with your purchase just return it within 30 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Due to the nature of the product it must be returned in its original and unworn condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. To make a return, please fill out the RETURNS FORM which will come in your CHEYIZ package. THIS RETURN FORM MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. Please fill out the form completely. We do not cover the cost of any return shipments. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. Your order will be refunded the day it arrives back into the CHEYIZ
office. Please allow 3-5 days working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. All returns can be sent to: 21 EFFIE ROAD, FULHAM BROADWAY, FULHAM, LONDON, SW6 1EN. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged). If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping. If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify us within the 30 day policy. If you inform CHEYIZ after the 30 day period of items being faulty, we will endeavour to fix your item as soon as possible but are unable to offer an exchange or refund. 


PRE-ORDERS:
We sometimes offer our customers the chance to purchase our products prior to release or if styles are sold out. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed and guarantees the goods will be shipped immediately once the product arrives into stock. Delivery fee will not be refunded.


DELIVERY:
We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the UK.
Postal charges payable for goods dispatched in the UK will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time payment for the goods is received by us in full. Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.
